Android / iOS Developer Wanted for Tech Startup - Work for Equity - Be Part Owner of The Next Biggest Tech Startup

I am currently looking for a Mobile Android and / or iOS developer that wants to join a tech startup and earn equity in a growing company. We need a mobile developer to begin coding out our product, this is going to be the next biggest thing... along the lines of Instagram, Groupon, Pinterest, and Facebook BIG! We are currently undergoing a search for investors and an office space as well. How this works - Once decided on a partner, we will sign contracts, non-disclosures, etc and I will pay you $10 over freelancer - you will then be part owner in the company and will be the lead developer for getting our beta application off the ground.
