PROPOSAL AND REQUIRMENT FOR THE SOFTWARE

FIRST MODULE: REGISTRATION

PROGRAM SHOULD PROVIDE ONE SUPERADMIN AND PROVISION FOR 10 ADMINS TO MANAGE THE PROGRAM. ). (SUPERADMIN SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF STAGES AND LEVELS AT ANY TIME)

Registered members will be assigned a Priority Identification number (PID#) with a prefix of country code added for example for members from USA will have US0001 where as next member registering from India will be have IN 0002 or UK0003(from United Kingdom) and CAN0004 for a member registering from Canada and so on(two digit or three digit code for countries). Members are automatically assigned to a 5X5 forced matrix( Every member will have 5 members below them and so on to the 5th level.

Member Account: When each member logs in, he must be able to edit his profile, view his Name, PID#, Country, City, total members in his down lines, all his down lines, assigned to him so far by the computer. Members completing the 5th level will be flagged as “GRADUATED”

ADMIN The admin must be able to see 1. The total number of members, total country wise and , city wise. Able to edit/append all data of members: Able to send welcome letter and other email messages to members..

Estimated income: Top right corner of the screen (TAB)as “Estimated yearly income” should be displayed. (This is based on the number of downlines a member has and the structure of commission in each stage.

For time being, The INCOME calculation can be fixed based on a given table.
