Azure and Office 365 Lead Generation

Hi we are a Microsoft partner, based in Tampa, Florida and looking for lead generation and appointment setting for customers in East Coast. We will pay 50$-100$ per lead based on the quality of leads generated who have actual interest in buying Azure and Microsoft Products such as Office 365 and Azure.
