Hello, I wonder what could be a reason for you to convert forms from PDF into Word? I used to work for an US based company for over 4 years as HR Supervisor over HR Data Support department (over 3k of personnel). We used to deal with a bunch of various PDF forms (example: employee transfer forms, personal data form, travel forms etc.). In our case we had to retype information from the forms in local Access database as well in an online HR database (corporate web app). So instead of retyping data received via submitted forms I used VBA and JavaScript (Acrobat) to read PDF forms and store data in an Access database, sometimes in Excel workbook etc. Now it is up to you to decide what would be better for you: - redesigned form as Word document, or - VBA tool (Access, Excel...) that reads forms submitted by clients and store data in specific format Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
