As an organization using Exchange 2019, we've recently applied a Cumulative Update. However, post-update, we're encountering issues with both OWA ECP and Exchange PowerShell. The specific problems we're experiencing include: - OWA ECP failing to load properly - Exchange PowerShell unable to connect We are seeking a skilled professional who can assist in rectifying these issues. The ideal candidate should have: - Extensive experience with Exchange Server (preferably 2019) - Proficient in handling issues post Cumulative Updates - Adept at troubleshooting OWA ECP and Exchange PowerShell problems The goal is to have our OWA ECP and Exchange PowerShell fully operational again, following the CU installation. Hello, I have 8 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 where I was a part of Microsoft Support too. Looks like the patch you ran somehow failed to update crucial updates on DLL files and I have seen this issue usually after failed update. This issue can be fixed and that requires some troubleshooting and some manual updates . I can fix this issue however I need some time and it also requires some downtime as I have to reboot the machine multiple times .
