We are an insurance agency and would like a program/software that can house our prospects information and remind us yearly to call on those prospects. Each of our accounts have a specific renewal date and we fail to call on many of our prospects because are agents forget to call. We'd like a system that will remind the agent to make a call to the prospect a set number of days prior to their renewal. We would like the system to require that the agent make the call and log a reason why we didn't get an opportunity to quote. If the agent make the call and doesn't get an opportunity, that is fine. We just need the system to sent a new reminder for next year. If you have any questions or something doesn't make sense, please ask.
