We are an Hungarian company based in Budapest. For our sales and admin tasks we are using a simple CRM system based on MS ACCESS.
In order to facilitate administrative tasks, we would like to send/prepare emails from this application using some varibles/fields. The routine should be coded in VBA included into our CRM application.
The function we need is:
1. Send/prepare email from MS Access application using outlook template (*.oft), inserting values in fields or replacing variable fields with database content. The outlook template is at a specific place.
2. Send/prepare email from MS Access application using outlook template (*.oft), inserting values in fields or replacing variable fields with database content attaching specific external document (PDF). The outlook template is at a variable place/location, while the PDF attached is on a permanent location
3. Send bulk Mail from MS Access to multiple adresses, each adress is an indiviudal mail, with individual fields, including customized PDF attachement. The PDF is created from an external file (i.e. MS Word) from a specific location
4. Send individual Mail from MS Access to one specific adress with individual fields, including customized PDF attachement. The PDF is created from an external file (i.e. MS Word) from a specific location.
email signatures are not included, these are also fields/variables.
there should be also a parameter inlcuded, if mail should be sent immediately, or the prepared email is opened ready for sending (modifications still possible in the created email). Parameter could be: send_immediately=true or false
date fields: should be formatted, based on the language we use (Hungarian, English, German)
We have a basic routine bought online, but its missing the feature to work with templates. However, it could serve as a base for this job.

I see you have attached the file and I was analyzing it - it is poorly written though. It uses early binding which means it will work with one version of Outlook only, objects are not named, code is not properly aligned...
If I do it I'll write it completely from scratch using late binding (work with any Outlook version). There are a few tricky tasks here, but it is doable. What I am interested in are multi-languages - what that means "based on the language we use"? I speak English, I am very good with German and solid with Hungarian (my wife is native Hungarian) which means I can handle all 3 languages, but do you have on mind something automated?
