I have the ability to build up machines like that, I have made standalone application to control industrial servo motors with complete functionality of position, speed, torque control modes of operation for the maximum precision, accuracy, and repeatability that can be accomplished. Industrial servos can reach a resolution of 0.001mm and are fast enough for such kind of applications. And I have a ready to use industrial servo motor for testing requirements. Also I have designed and manufactured a pick and place robotic arm identification mechanism which identifies cylindrical parts according to their material, size and color.
