We need to project an automatic machine to fill a particular biphase vial, as shown in attached file. The finished product is made of 4 components: vial, plug, plunger, cap. The project can either be carried on with a single machine that fills the vial with liquid, puts in place the plug, fills powder into the plug (from 200 to 1000 mg), puts the plunger in place and finally puts the cap in place. Or in alternative as two separate machines, one which assembles the plug and plunger and doses the powder, and the other machine that fills the vial with liquid, puts in place the pre assembles plug + plunger and finally caps all. Desired output 1.500 - 2.000 vials per hour.
