Product working animation with Maya / 3D studio

We are looking to create a product animation showing shots from different angels of our machine. We will provide the parts drawings in .obj files.
Our requirement would be something in similar lines to the following:
ANIMATION LENGTH: 1 min 30 Seconds

1) Start of the animation will be in in the same format as the sample animation, with screws and parts moving in no gravity effect... and then assembly in one sec.
2) We need to use the transparent effect as shown in 35 to 38 seconds of the sample animation.
3) The blue line effect of highlighting parts as in sec 55 should be used.
4) All the steels should have similar reflections as the sample animation.
The conclusion of the animation will be with a full machine, with 7 parts highlighted with transparency effect and giving bullet point description of the parts.
The format of how animation will proceed will be given.
