Project Objective: Client aims to increase and diversify exhibitions that take place at their Exhibition/ Convention Centre in line with sectors that align to the UAE’s priority industries for the next 10-15 years. These opportunities for are for the development of new shows/profiles that can be either organised by client’s in-house event organisation company or with existing event organisation partners AND to identify new shows that can be attracted to client’s venues. Elements of the report: 30% • Overview of exhibitions and sectors currently happening at client’s Exhibition/ Convention Centre • To conduct analysis of client’s flagship events held at their Exhibition/ Convention Centre (from an identified list) • Research on top ten priority sectors for Abu Dhabi in the next 10 years – in terms of investment and development (note, these are likely to be more specific than those identified in the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision. For example, food security and artificial intelligence are hot topics. 70% • Deep dive into exhibitions in the top ten identified sectors • What is the event landscape globally for each? • Is there an opportunity for any of these event profiles in the Abu Dhabi market and why o Opportunities must have likely governmental entity support • Can opportunities be matched to exhibition organisers – either those we have an existing relationship with or others that are well suited to do the profile justice. • Include suggestions for verticals in terms of content and profile for related shows. • Identify and suggest verticals for flagship shows
