Overall Objective

To deliver back on where telephone surveys may be beneficial to housing associations.

Experience

• Ideally prior experience in the UK housing association sector.

• Ability to have in-depth telephone conversations with high level decision makers.

Methodology

• From your existing contacts within the sector, establish the business need for surveys. There are specific surveys we would like to gain feedback on and also to assess other survey needs (such as to assess service delivery or to plan for future provision; or for funding purposes; or to establish how the housing association meets regulatory standards – these are just examples; you may have other ideas).

• Conduct telephone conversations with the relevant decision makers in other housing associations, to establish whether there is interest in the surveys as above.

• Establish different contacts and job roles with the ability to make a decision on the survey projects.

• Find out who the decision makers are; their job role and phone / email ID at housing associations in England.

• This project requires a dynamic and professional telephone manner as it involves phoning potential clients (i.e. the housing associations) to establish their interest in commissioning surveys.

• Feedback to be presented in a spreadsheet format.

• Project to be directed by Senior Manager so regularly feedback calls are required.
