Map Mash Up for [login to view URL]

Recreate search front end for real estate rental property website using a map mash up (Google/Yahoo?etc) - (Somewhat like [url removed, login to view]). The website, [url removed, login to view], is up and running and has been since 1999. It was developed with Frontpage (asp)using Access database by an amateur (me). I do not want to change this (for now). I need to get data from access into xml file to be used for the mash up (i think.) This is a short term project, but could lead to additional work down the road.

So, I need:

1. Mash up template developed with search criteria for rent, bedrooms, availability

2. Website currently stores all data in access database. So data for the mash up must comes from database.
