rebuild magento 1.9 web to 2.3.x with porto theme

i have an old Magenta website ([login to view URL]) i do like to move to a deferent server and upgrade to the newest magenta and change the website name and logo and keeping all the products with custom fields. also need to change some photos ang guide me how to change photos/prices/images etc on website. template to use [login to view URL] about existing data there are only 10 customers, 20 orders, 95 products and 30 categories
