Magento E-commerce Website Development and Maintenance

We currently have an existing website powered by Magento ([login to view URL]). This website was developed by Leentech Network Solutions. Currently, we want to incorporate enhancements to our Magento website, but Leentech is having manpower issues and is not able to deliver our requirements.
What we are looking for now is a company who can:
Maintain the website for future bugs and fixes
Implement enhancements
Hosting - our current provider is until March 2020. We can also check how much your hosting will be.
Objective of the Enhancement that we need now:
To develop the enhancement features of Entrelabel backend. This feature will be used as a way for adding attached files in a specific order.
There are 4 types of files:
(1) Final, (2) Print_Ready1, (3) Print_Ready2 and (4) other files, all of this files will not be displayed on the front end.
This will just serve as reference for the Admin while they are processing the order.
If an item is reordered, then the files will be carried over to the new sales order.
The files are stored in Google Firebase
Scope of Work:
1. Development:
1. Admin can add 4 types of files ( (1) Final, (2) Print_Ready1, (3)
Print_Ready2 and (4) other files)
2. Admin can attach a Illustrator file, psd files, jpeg file asd
3. Files will not be displayed on the front end
4. Admin is not able to attach multiple files in a single upload process
