Correct Magento Indexing Management errors and Setup Cron Job

Looking for a magento expert to correct issues, and make sure magento is running correctly on our server. Look at currently installed magento live store, check magento errors, and correct. Check cron jobs to make sure that daily tasks are running. Currently I do not think they are running correctly. Cron job for indexing management Cron sitemap creating daily Cron to clean logs Cron Daily backup and anything else that should be happening on cron schedule. Overlook all server settings, to make sure that magento is optimized correctly. Memory limits, and MySQL settings. All changes must be documented.
