Business logo design

We are a corporate training organisation that does bespoke, strategic training for leadership, skills, and behavioral training. Inhouse workshops, e-learning, and blended learning. We've literally just started so have 2 people (the partners - in every sense of the word) and some bright ideas! We are LGBT friendly, and consider our brand to be not just "out of the box" thinking but taking things to the next step with fabulous "out of the closet" thinking. Our business name is made up of a combination of the partners names (BRYce and peTER). Of course it also sounds like "bright" etc. We would lke a simple logo, preferably with the name "BRYTER" in it. To be honest, we already like the attached images - we just want someone to look at the idea from a professional/creative perspective and "sharpen" it up if needed. We have included some ideas below.
