Hi there, I have worked with the older official Raspberry Pi camera module which used the OmniVision sensor and the latest one uses Sony's IMX219 sensor which is an improvement. I have used the first version with raspbian. I would love to assist you on this project. I'm also willing to reduce the bid once we decide the responsibilities of the job.
