Migrate 20 email accounts from smartmail to 365

I need some to set up 365 in my dns setting then create 18 emails some being group email boxes. We currently have 21 email accounts on smartmail email provider. All 21 accounts need to be backed up. 3 accounts will be deleted and its content should be put in a sub folder of one person's For 7 of the email box will be turned into 365 group boxes and need the content. the rest are just regular inboxes. I need someone who is experienced in migrating email and setting up ms 365. I am looking for someone who can work right now.
