Make a video tutorial for setting up a Virtual OS with specific Networking settings

I would like someone familiar with networking and firewalls to show me how to set up a guest operating system that connects to the internet and acts as a sandbox for the host OS. The guest OS is Ubuntu 16.04 running inside VirtualBox (or a similar software) on a 64bit host operating system (Knoppix or Windows 7). The host operating system is totally blocked from accessing the internet or even local networks (preferably by a free firewall; ideally COMODO firewall), only allowing connections to and from VirtualBox, or to and from the IP address for the guest OS. The Ubuntu firewall is set up to only allow software package updates, system updates, and browsing with firefox (ports 53, HTTP, HTTPS). I know how to add individual rules to Ubuntu's own firewall, so no worries here. Please check that the default firewall can block Ubuntu's system files as well, so please, and advise me what is the best firewall for this purpose.

In particular, please teach me how to set up a guest OS so that it would have a different IP address from the host OS, and has the drivers and the authority to manage network and WiFI devices alongside the host OS. If you have any other ways of making the system work, please discuss with me in advance of accepting the project.
