Fix compile issues in C code. Works on mac but not linus 16.04. Need it to compile dynamic and static

Code uses 4 libs (fftw-3.3.8, libsndfile-1.0.28, libssh and nlohmann-json). The issues are: --filesystem is different in mac and ubuntu - file streaming issues on Linux -nlomhamon json only works on c++11 -lstdc++fs only works for c++17 I need exact details on what you did to get the code to compile and the solution.
