I have server that I have been told by server host who is only responsible for hardware that port is filtered and firewall is blocking access. He sent me instructions and passcodes( after they replaced ram) and told me it was easy to do but I didn't want to chance anything and ruin firewall rules that were made to deter hacking etc. I have the server in rescue node now but not familiar with SSH. I also want to make sure to look over how server running and make sure it doesn't keep shutting down.. I t was shutting down daily for a month until server host changed(bad) RAM today.
