Manage all infrastructures Cloud and on premise, from desktop/laptop, network, storage, Linux/Windows servers, and virtualization to monitoring system. Managing service improvement, request, incident, problem, change and demand management. Liaise with vendor as single person of contact for any incident and follow up until the resolution. Managing ICT risk, security and data protection measures. Negotiate and set clear expectation with project manager and application team for request fulfillment. Recording, categorizing, prioritizing for any incident and escalate it to appropriate internal team or vendors. Generate/review change request by considering downtime, impact/risk analysis and implementation steps. Maintaining up to date documentation of standard technical procedures and ensuring compliance to these standards.
