create package for 3cx pbx to run on synology NAS

This is what is needed:

- Create package to be used by synology package manager to run on latest DM (see wiki for more info: [login to view URL] )

- Package includes:

+ latest installation of 3CX [login to view URL]

+ 3CX should have access to local directories on NAS, so it can save recorded voice calls.

Should be fine job for someone who:

- is skilled linux system engineer

- knows about synology NAS system and spk packages etcetera
