Link Building

Hello, I need a link developer who can developed targeted links on PR2+ pages. To start with I require 25 relevant PR2+ inbound links to a dentist website. Acceptance of this project means acceptance of the following conditions: 1. Links must have their own unique domain and each link should be from a different class C IP address. 2. The actual link page must be PR2+, not just the site front page. 3. Links should be on dentist related websites. 4. Link page should be from English language sites only. 5. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag 6. There can be no more than 30 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed. 7. The links should be permanent and not require further payments. 8. All links must be one way non-reciprocal links. 9. Links must come from sites with family-friendly content only. 10.
