Country Manager Japan - Work from home

We are looking for a highly motivated recent graduate to join our operations department to support our growth in Japan. You will work from home. Ideal candidates must have strong analytical abilities and a good feel for consumer web services. Because the role touches many parts of the company, the candidate needs to be versatile and a good communicator. We're looking for self-starters who thrive in a fun, but results-oriented work environment, are passionate about delivering measurable results, and enjoy working in a growing startup. Duration: permanent Responsibilities: • Traffic generation: contacting relevant websites through diverse methods to promote our job aggregator and publisher program. • Quality assurance: improve/correct our website and its components, infrastructure and content. • Serve as local hands-on expert for our products in Japan • Communicating on a daily basis with Neuvoo’s team by Skype. Requirements: • University students in final year, or recent graduates (2015-2016) • Must be available full time • Ability to work independently, but also as a part of a team • Proven multi-tasker • No previous experience required • Excellent level of English • Looking for a person who is native in Japanese and any other language would be a plus • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented • Energy, enthusiasm and hands-on attitude • Strong interest in consumer web services, analytics (SEM/SEO experience is a plus) • Great communication skills to evangelize both technical and non-technical audiences This is an opportunity to start our operations in Japan and become the Country Manager for this market.
