I need to re-develop my website using Word Press, and then optimize SEO

I am a Canadian commercial arbitrator primarily, though I am also a corporate and commercial solicitor. I need national and international recognition as an arbitrator. My customers are lawyers who are looking for arbitrators for their clients to hire in order to adjudicate a contractual dispute. More disputes are being resolved through arbitration because courts are backlogged and arbitration is faster, usually cheaper, and less formal, and importantly, they are confidential, so the market is growing. Canadians are seen as ideal arbitrators because we have a reputation of neutrality and fairness. I have excellent credentials but very little recognition and profile, and I want to improve that. Arbitrators are not criminal or personal injury lawyers, who are trying to attract the population at large. Low key tone of presentation is important for arbitrators. Our customers are conservative, discriminating and look for experience and qualifications. Basic is better than flashy. Once people find me they are usually happy with my performance and competence. Some lawyers will want a recommended arbitrator, but I believe that many will do their own investigation and base their decision on being satisfied with qualifications and experience, and a sense of competence, but also want to feel the vibe that the arbitrator is fair and reasonable. I need for them to find me and getting a good feeling for my talents and ability to manage a process and hearing. To start with they need to find me with a Google search. I am otherwise happy with the website but am open to suggested change in appearance, and advice on what to do to rise up the rank. "Arbitrator Vancouver" gets me on page 3 of a Google search, but it does not stand out and it's not good enough. I am not particularly interested in promoting my legal practice, and will phase it out in due course.
