damage done to my house hold goods by a moving company

This was and is a civil claim. The defendant and I have been in front of a judge several times. I placed a civil claim at the ''LAW COURTS BLG.'' All the preliminaries are done. We were to finalize the cost the defendant was to pay me in Nov/20 just when the ''PANDEMIS HIT THE WORLD'' The courts were close. I have a very informative file. The defendant has seen it all.
