Lead Generator/Real Estate Agent
Budget $1500-3000 USD
We are a commercial real estate investment company looking for a virtual assistant to help generate leads, post ads on social media advertising sites, and set appointments with them, support them and influence them to join with us. We provide property detail reports, homeowner information, and other information for buying and/or renting properties.
There are three types of customers we target:
1. Tenants who we want to place into our vacancies
2. Investors who will invest money with us
3. Real estate agents who can bring us deals
You have to create a social media advertise Posting that will need to be posted on an ongoing basis. We will determine the geographic areas for the postings and the frequency. It will be your job to schedule, update as necessary.
Here are some of the tasks that would need to be performed and the desired outcomes.
1. Create lists for potential tenants, and real estate agents
2. Contact them using direct mail, linked in, email, text, etc. to generate interest
3. Post ads onsocial media advertising sites daily/weekly.
