* Selling of Home Loans for HDFC Bank (All India) , Indian Bank (Mumbai, India based customers).
* Total Target of INR 50.0 millions of Home Loans disbursals (HDFC Bank) and INR 20.0 millions (Indian Bank) in the next 3 months.
* Only referrals required. All back end support, liaising with Bank and Customers shall be managed by us.
* Billing shall be monthly at pre-determined dates.
*Billing Rate 0.25% of Total Monthly disbursals Billing. TDS as applicable shall be additional.
* Additional 0.05% on achieving 100% or more target completion of disbursals for both HDFC Bank as well as Indian Bank.
*All Billing in equivalent USD @ real time USD / INR rates as reflecting on bloomberg.
* Additional MIS / backend support shall be appreciated for smooth sanctioning of loans, although not a pre-requisite.
*Strong Customer relations skills are very essential.
