Hello, and thanks for you interest in this job. I have taken measures to not have any misunderstandings and state every detail very clearly in the attached file to this job. Please look through that to get a full scope idea of the project.
The short version of what I want to accomplish is;
A pay to join, social network. Sort of like Facebook, except that a user would have to pay to join. However, unlike Facebook, this website would revolve more around video uploading and streaming by the users.
In other words; a website the works and runs like Youtube, but that looks like Facebook.
And do please keep in mind this is the short version.
Alongside this website I would also like an admin dashboard to go with it to make it easily accessible and customizeable for me as well so when the project is done I don't always have to depend on hiring someone else to do the work for me.

Question: Do you have a website that is similar to look at for an example?
Answer: No. This is my own idea. I am not inspired by anything except for the large example I have given already. (Facebook and Youtube). However, the aesthetic of the website is largely influenced by a Wordpress theme I tried to use in the past. Which can be found here}

The above links are the Wordpress version of the HTML Toolkit theme that I bought. And just to be clear and clarify for those with language differences. I do NOT want to use Wordpress. I only included those links to give the closest thing to an example of a working website possible.

Question: What do you mean by "admin panel" and/or what does the admin panel need to do?
Answer: I always used Wordpress because of the dashboard and how easily accessible and customizeable everything was. I only learned a short time ago that an 'admin panel' was something that could be done for other types of websites. So basically, I would like an admin panel that includes the ability for me to do as much cuztomizations and 'admin' type work as possible. Everything from changing the Favicon to editing users of the website. (Just like Wordpress would allow for). I will do my best to include specific examples later on but this is to give you a general idea. I assume this will be done with Bootstrap? But I honestly have no idea. Please advise me.

Answer: Laravel.

Question: What is your budget and timeline?
Answer: If you do a good job, I guarantee there is going to be A LOT of work for you after phase 1 of this project. That being said, I am willing to pay well to get this job done completely the right way without any shortcuts. But also keeping in mind because of all the work I would be giving you after phase 1, please don't say something ridiculous. At the end of the entire project I have no doubts it will reach thousands of dollars. So for phase 1, nothing too extreme, but fair.
And also as mentioned, I have wasted a year on this already so my 'timeline', the best answer I can give you is; "preferably, as soon as possible."
