This job is only for Stripe API experts or PHP programmers who are sure they can work with complex APIs and complex API documentation.

We run a commercial website based on very old Joomla 1.5.23 and a complex end-of-life 3rd party software (Joomla Component).

We custom-implemented Stripe for customer credit card payments a while ago. The site uses "Stripe Checkout".

Now, we need to switch from the old Stripe Checkout to the new one that supports SCA.

According to Stripe we might also need PaymentIntents.

Before you bid:

1. You will work via SSH on the server, Linux shell.

2. You will not be able to copy any files or databases to your local development server.

3. You must be an expert and really know what you are doing. No trial & error.
