Convert Site to Joomla

This is an expression of interest type project to convert a static HTML to Joomla. The project would entail the creation of a new Joomla powered site and copying all current content on an Athletics site to the site. Bidders will be given a fair bit of free reign with how the site looks, as long as it has a similar colour scheme to the current site. The current site can be found at [login to view URL] The successful bidder must implement appropriate modules to handle things like newsletters, the committee (photo, position and contact information for people), photos, sponsors, etc, etc. Bidders must supply a list of and links to Joomla sites that they have done in the past. Bidders should also look closely at the existing site so that they understand what needs to be transferred across to the new site. This project is for a charitable/volunteer organisation and therefore does not a have a big budget. SORRY!
