ScrollTrigger library from established GreenSock vendor (of the best GSAP javascript animation library) should now be used instead of deprecated ScrollMagic in several of web projects. So triggered animations can appear when a web users scrolls (vertically but horizontally, too) to a certain position on a web page. Or the path length can be drawn progressively in sync with the scroll position etc. Otherwise I'm a webmaster and IT developer for 26 years and for sure know how to create 2D animations/charts/visualizations with CSS3, SVG and GSAP and other javascript libraries.
