I need a pure HTML / CSS / JS based prototype to create and update tree views. The idea is that I have a list of the objects, where each item is tuple with id and name. Based on this list I should be able to construct the trees of my preference, edit them. The submit should just submit a Json object, which will contain the structure of the tree, simple list of tuples <parent_id, child_id> is sufficient. Partially, what I want at the end is similar to this [login to view URL], but I should be able to build it dynamically based on the given list. One item can be used in multiple nodes of the tree.
