Node.js program to convert Web API data to CSV

This project requires quite basic software development skills in preferably Node.js. The developer is welcome to use MIT licensed code on Github to help.
1) Create a historical data set in CSV
1a) Use the API's at "[login to view URL]"
1b)Give the user the ability to apply a simple text-based config of currency pairs, date range to retrieve, path to save the output file. In other words, there may be a loop required to compile the a CSV that has multiple currency pairs.
1c) Output the retrieved dataset in CSV, the filename datestamped by created date, formatted and ready for import into Excel. The actual Excel file is not required, just the CSV.
1d) It has to be thoroughly tested to be importing correctly.
2) Create a historical dataset in CSV
2a) Use the API at [login to view URL] to do the same as 1b) to 1d). In other words, configurable through config file, loop if required, date stamped to folder of choice, ready for Excel import (tested thoroughly).
