Javascript to Rotate Snippets of HTML

I am looking for a Javascript that pulls in html files and randomly rotates them. The html files will each contain a snippet of code that includes some text, a small photo, and a link. The script would randomly draw from HTML contained in separate files/folders, so maintenance would be low, and we could just add more files for the script to draw from, as needed. The sample illustrates the type of code that will need to be rotated (within the table). The project would have to be completed by April 5.
