Improve our cloud-based platform

Neoma is an award-winning, property technology company dedicated to the hospitality industry with offices in India and Hong Kong. Our products deliver VIP journey at scale: guest recognition, behavior prediction, automated staff allocation and AI-powered servicing insights. We work with 30 groups like Peninsula, Swire and Hongkong Land. We connected 31k+ sensors and have a network of 60 resellers and partners worldwide. We are looking for a freelancer who can work with our IT team to add a SaaS module on our cloud-based platform. Responsibilities • Developing Analytics and client web application using Javascript • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Work on microservices • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services • Collaborate with other team members Technical Skills • Strong understanding of JavaScript • Strong experience of JavaScript • Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 • KnockoutJS, React.js, nodeJS knowledge is preferred • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues • Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as nodeJS, Bower, [login to view URL] and AMD • Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and [login to view URL] • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) • Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance • Basic familiarity with Eclipse/Visual Studio Code • Understanding of Microservice
