I am after a google apps script that can take ownership of files in specified directories, and change sharing permissions. The script should also monitor folders for changes and apply the changes. The google apps user is a "Super User" and the files will be in the super users directory, but they are owned by other google app users in the same domain.

Hi can help. However the ownership of the files can transfer only the owner of that files. It means that each user within your domain need setup and run automatically (via time triggers) script. Regards, Viktor
