Gmail Image Resize Script - Make work in Telerik MVC Editor

I am looking to include an Image Resizer that operates like Gmail Image resizer (when composing an email within an inline image). The code MUST work within the MVC Telerik editor.
The purpose of this project is to create or find source code that will allow this functionality client side.

This script would allow for the manipulation of inline images.
Please only submit a bid if you are an expert at client-side scripting. If you can't explain the code clearly, then you are not an expert. Payment will ONLY be made for fully functional code that works as expected in IE and Chrome (minimum). The code you provide MUST clearly provide an online example where I can test the code to make sure it is working within the Telerik control.
