Creating audio quiz - embed on site with javascript

We are looking for a developer to create a javascript audio quiz. We want the quiz to be embedded on one of our landing pages. We have all of the audio files needed.
Each question of the quiz will contain 2 .mp3 audio files, and then a simple question based on those audio files, such as if the two audio files are the same or different. Each question has only one answer, and at the end it needs to tell the user the score they got.
