Convert UI Design into a website for a webseries

We're looking for someone to help us create our website, take our design of the pages and build it in a node environment. Our goal is to deliver video content through our website so it will have to be fast, stable, and coded very efficiently. To give some background, we have an ongoing web series that has been built on basic html/css, with the video delivered on AWS S3 and Cloudfront. Since we are looking to scale the website up, we are looking for a talented developer to help us actualize the design and delivery of content. The developer would need to know sorting functions and creating searches within the episodes, as there will be many categories to sort through and (eventually) will scale even further. Some details as follows. Use our designs to create - Create 4 types of pages (landing, profile, blog, article) - Email submission popup form - Parallaxing Elements - Animated Transitions Single Scroll Landing Page - Video Player - Blog Area - Episode Thumbnails with Filters and Search - Fat Footer Episode Page - Video Player - Map - Listed content with Mini Video Player - Social Shares Blog + Article Page - Classic Blog format Ideally the developer can suggest a good CMS to work with that is built around JS.
