Chart.js complex chart development

Hi. We are developing an application to view datalogging data. I would like a complex chart done with Chart.js. You should use Vanilla HTML/Javascript where you get a Dataset Object (see files). The HTML/CSS will later be integrated into an Electron App. The chart should feature: -zooming -panning/tilting (aka scrolling up/down/sideways inside the chart) -different x axis scales: distance (m) and time (mm:[login to view URL]) -"cursor" that can be dragged along the x-axis and show the current y values -multiple charts can be cascaded vertically. If there is only 1 chart, it takes up the whole height of the screen but if it's more, each will take up half the screen height. -Showing min/max values on the graph -the y scrolling should be synced across all graphs Example data will be provided in the file section.
