XHTML, CSS & Javascript Developer (Wordpress a bonus)

I am looking for an XHTML, CSS Guru to help take overflow work from our studio and create a long term working relationship for ongoing projects. You must be highly skilled in this area and able to deliver projects with quick turn around times. Bonus skills: If you are also good at the following it would be very favourable: - Javascript (to PIMP the website templates!) - Wordpress theme development - SEO knowledge IMPORTANT: Please no companies, if you are a company and you apply it will just be a waste of your time, we are looking for individuals :-)
