San Francisco Startup Needs slick Webpage (1) for Festival

This project is to design, code and build ONE WEBPAGE for a neighborhood website. The purpose of this one page is to provide easy Quick-access Resources for use during the neighborhood's annual Street Fair -- including links to all the major web Email providers, social media sites -- as well as photo and video upload links, links to public transit schedules, a "lost and found" bulletin board, and many similar services. Project duration 1 to 1.5 days. Single Page site requiring immediate assistance. Need quick agile developer with excellent proficiency in JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, Design, Branding, Picasa API, Twitter API. DESIGN "LOOK AND FEEL": This needs to be a "Web 2.0" look and feel, without a rigid "grid" of boxes and rectangles -- but more open and clean, with simple uses of color. Lively bright colors, upbeat and fun, youthful, with bold use of imagery. When icons are used they are used smartly, large and clear to make their function very clear -- not just for decoration. **NOTE** PLEASE SEE FILE UPLOADS FOR DESIGN SAMPLES OF WHAT WE LIKE. SCREEN SIZE & RESOLUTIONS: As with any web design today, multiple screen resolutions and orientations must be considered, so the coding must be dynamic and flow to conform to a browser's dimensions. However, primary target devices we will be using this site on are netbooks, which have a screen dimension of [xxxxx x xxxxxxx], so the site must look optimal in this display.
