Hi,
I'm looking for a freelancer that can redesign my site's layout. I run a linkportal. The current layout works pretty well but not all graphical elements seem to be in the same style. Therefor I want a the design of the site redone.

Important :
1) The main content of the site is links (the 3 koloms in the middle) but we are also building contentpages such as dating, chat and so on.
2) It is important that the links can be grouped in 5 category colors or any other way, so it is easy for users and editors to group sorts of links together
3) The pageload time should be reduced to a minimum by using css for styling and the shortest possible html coding.
4) It is required that the page can scale out. Right now there is a fixed width. It should fill up the complete screen.
5) Our services should be highlighted by icons (for example for mobile, chat, dating, games ...)
6) It should be possible to include a banner or skyscraper on the page and if possible provide additional place for other sorts of advertising.
7) It should be possible that subsections (like games) can use the same layout with minimal changes so that the game or chat can be played fullscreen (like hotmail, when creating a new message). See [url removed, login to view];run=aktie05
8) Our audience is very diverse. We have a visitor base from very young to seniors, so design should be "light", Not flashy, so not 'design because of design'. In a few words: user-friendly.
- The main idea is to remake the layout or change parts of it so the website looks more coherent, 1 style.
- If possible a new logo can be created. The current is called "[url removed, login to view] - het net start hier" meaning "[url removed, login to view] - the net starts here" (copyrighted) and should also be used for our other projects such as [url removed, login to view] and so on.
