AdWords Automated Script

I need an AdWords Script written. This script should take the IP address of every visitor to a WordPress site, using a plugin at your suggestion that records IP address, and then put it in the AdWords "IP Exclusions" list of all campaigns in the account. (Analytics won't work, since Analytics doesn't track user IPs.) It will need to work with a WordPress plugin that tracks IPs that does not add too many resources to the site. *The script will need to check if an IP address already exists and if it does, not to put that IP address in the list again. No duplicate IPs. *Script will run once per day *Script will take IP address from the last 24 hours from when the script is run. I should be able to easily change this timing to have it add to the list from X numbers of hours prior. *Script will need to have the ability to run manually by admin. If run, it will take the IP addresses from the last 24 hours from when admin runs the script *I will need to be able to set the time of day the script runs *Any other logic that will make this script work without issues
