This is a left hand job for me, I think I can deliver this project in a day given my expertise in Python and Python based applications. I will be delivering a application which NEED NOT BE INSTALLED and NO CLICKS ARE REQUIRED to run the app. You just need to input the filename and my code will do the rest. Before running for the first time, I'll set up the environment as it is a 1 time job(will not take more than 5 minutes). For the subsequent runs, you just need to name the pdf file which needs to be cropped and printed. We can give the option for till what page number we need to print the file. You obviously need to setup the printer before running the application.
