Integration of R with Java

The resource is required to have good hands on with integrating R code in Java. The frontend and processes should be written in Java. While for few actions triggered through Java processes should call & execute the R script. This would require embedding existing /newly written R scripts in Java application.
The application is expected to have,
1. Login page - well designed login page with validations.
2. Full user management module , Role management module -
Admin User - Create new users, add users/ delete users, assign rights etc.
General user - login with set username & password, change pwd etc.
3. Audit log - maintain the history of log. operations/ actions performed by user right from login to logout.
4. Process 1 tab -
Will need functionality like load file/ records 'From date' to 'To date' for processing in the application.
Here need to have skillset to call the R script for analytical processing.
The file loaded should be visible in table structure format in the front end.
5. Process 2 tab - Similar functionality like "Process 1 tab".
The application should be database agnostic. to start with we will have MySQL as database but should be compatible with Oracle if needed.
