With my work as an Account Executive, part of my daily tasks are as follows:
1. Respond to product inquiry, shipment inquiry, order cancellation request, warranty claims, replacement concerns, and refunds. This includes emails from Amazon and eBay, and other marketplaces (Wal-Mart, NewEgg, etc)
2. Processed invoice requests to Amazon UK/DE/IT/FR/ES orders.
3. Coordinate with Amazon regarding the removal of Merchant Feedback
4. Respond to product reviews and answer product questions posted on Amazon
5. Manage the uploads of Replacement Orders
6. Regularly send follow-up emails to all customer with replacement orders.
7. Regularly send notification emails to customers with back-order status orders.
